Movement

These courses focus on the four pillars of Correct Your Body. Connection – Balance – Healing – Nurture. Utilizing the principle that the bones and muscles are interconnected from the head to the toes, simple exercises reconnect you from head to toe. Techniques are used to create balance within the body using all the body’s systems. Once you are connected and balanced, healing begins to take place and pain will lessen and become scarce.  You will begin to nurture your body once you regain your health and have the energy to thrive again.
